We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a property feasibility, and progress an SMSF-compliant build engagement if you proceed. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share necessary information with parties involved in delivering services to you, including:
- FRD Homes Pty Ltd (our related builder of record)
- Solicitors and conveyancers acting in any settlement
- Your nominated accountant or SMSF specialist, if you direct us to do so
- Government agencies where required by law
How we store it

How long we keep it
We retain the information you provide only for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry, to progress a property engagement if you proceed, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.
Overseas disclosure
Our cloud service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to overseas recipients without your consent, except where required by law.
