Where Pearson Bros Homes develops in South-East Queensland
We develop completed, turnkey homes across four South-East Queensland growth corridors, finished and sold under a single contract of sale for owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, downsizers and investors. Site selection is driven by the fundamentals that matter for a long-term hold: population growth, infrastructure investment, rental vacancy and tenant profile.
How we choose a corridor
Every Pearson Bros home starts with the corridor, not the block. Before we commit to a suburb we look at four things: how fast the population is growing, what governments are spending on roads, rail, schools and hospitals, how tight the rental market is, and who actually rents and buys there. A corridor has to stack up on all four before a single slab is poured.
The four regions below passed that test. Logan and Ipswich carry some of the strongest population growth in the country, Moreton Bay pairs scale with rail access and a university campus, and the Scenic Rim adds a lower-density counterweight so the portfolio of locations never leans on a single market cycle.
The same finished product in every corridor
Wherever the address, the product is identical: a brand-new home we have already built, sold complete under one fixed-price contract of sale, covered by a 7-year structural warranty and delivered move-in ready at settlement. Pick the corridor that fits your plans and the homes page will show you what is currently available there.
Compare the corridors
The backdrop: Brisbane's median house value reached $1,225,350, up 16.8% over the year to June 2026, and rental vacancy sits at 0.9% against a 1.2% national rate. The corridors below are where that pressure goes looking for supply.
