Every PBH home is a new, completed, single-contract, fixed-price turnkey home for owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, downsizers and investors. Filter by status or scroll through.
Every property listed by Pearson Bros Homes is a new, completed turnkey home sold under one fixed-price contract of sale, for owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, downsizers and investors. There is no separate land contract and no build contract. You buy a finished asset in a single transaction that works like any settled property purchase, with no progress claims and no construction risk. A self-managed super fund can still buy a completed home outright with cash. New SMSF residential borrowing (LRBAs) is legislated to end from 10 August 2026, with existing arrangements and contracts exchanged before that date grandfathered, so speak to your accountant or a licensed SMSF specialist before any purchase or LRBA decision.
The list above updates as homes move through construction and settle. Properties marked In progress are under construction and released to market once complete. Properties marked Sold have settled to a buyer and are shown as a record of recent delivery. We don't publish prices online. Every enquiry receives a current shortlist with prices and rental appraisals by email. Send an enquiry to see what's available now.
Our homes sit across four South-East Queensland local government areas: Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, and the Scenic Rim. Each corridor has its own price point, rental vacancy, infrastructure timeline, and tenant profile, which is how we spread fund exposure rather than concentrating it in one suburb. You can read the full corridor thesis on our market page.
Designs span lowset and highset single dwellings, plus dual-key and duplex configurations for investors chasing dual income from one title. Every home is delivered to a 7-Star NCC energy rating with a seven-year structural warranty under the QBCC Home Warranty Scheme and a 12-month maintenance period.
